Who we are

Astranov operates SpaceNet, a globe-based delivery marketplace at astranov.eu. Contact: info@astranov.eu.

What we collect

• Account identity (name, Google sign-in if used, SpaceNet peer id).
• Location you set (GPS, map tap, or typed address) for delivery, hunt, and maps — not in the background without your action.
• Listings you publish: shops, driver bases, secret drops, posts, menus, photos, hours, phones you choose to list.
• Orders, AV€ balances, invoices, and task states needed to complete a delivery.
• Mobile phone numbers you give us for SMS delivery alerts or that you list on a pin.
• Voice/mic only while you hold the talk control.

SMS / text messages

If you opt in, we send SMS about your SpaceNet orders and, if you are a listed Astranov Delivery Agent with offerings ON, about job offers.

• Opt in: text START (or SUBSCRIBE) to the Astranov SpaceNet number shown at checkout, or tick SMS alerts on the order screen.
• Frequency: varies with your activity. Typical range is 1–8 messages per order. No recurring marketing blasts.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further SMS until you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP or email info@astranov.eu.
• Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell phone numbers. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Processors that send the SMS (for example Twilio) receive only what is required to deliver the message.

How we use data

To run maps, listings, delivery tasks, calls between parties on a live task, invoices, support, and the SMS you asked for. EU users have GDPR rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection. Ask at info@astranov.eu.

Retention

Listings stay until you or a SpaceNet admin remove them. Orders and invoices are kept as required for tax (ΔΟΥ Ρόδου). SMS logs are kept only as needed to prove opt-in/opt-out and to run the delivery.
