Astranov SpaceNet — Terms of Service

The service

SpaceNet is a globe and city-map marketplace for listings, delivery tasks, posts, and calls. Astranov is the operator. SpaceNet Grok is the in-app assistant. By using astranov.eu you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and listings

You are responsible for pins you list (shop, driver base, secret drop, post). Only the owner of a pin and SpaceNet admins may edit it. Secret drops are visible only to the agent on that task. Fake, stolen, or harmful listings may be removed. Abuse, fraud, or harm may result in access removal.

Money

AV€ (Astranov Coins) are 1:1 Euro credits on SpaceNet. SpaceNet takes 3% on tasks, transactions, and top-ups. Delivery is 1 AV€ per km plus posted extras (floor/room +3 AV€, 3-minute door wait, return route). Tasks are created only after checkout and pay, and only if a listed Astranov Delivery Agent is in range. Monthly invoices sit at the ΔΟΥ Ρόδου pin.

SMS terms

• You may opt in to transactional SMS by texting START or SUBSCRIBE to the Astranov SpaceNet number, or by ticking SMS alerts at checkout.
• Messages cover order status and, for agents with offerings ON, job offers. Frequency varies (typically 1–8 per order).
• Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Reply STOP to leave. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Calls

Native phone calls use numbers published on the listing. SpaceNet video is WebRTC between the client, vendor, and the agent on that task, and only when the agent is not in motion.

Law

Greek and EU law. Disputes on a paid task go through SpaceNet Grok justice. Contact: info@astranov.eu.
